Our experienced technicians will troubleshoot the problems that you are having with your appliance. After those problems have been identified, no work will be done without your approval. There will be no hidden charges; you'll know exactly what you are paying before any repair is started.

We offer service calls starting as low as $45 for the technician to come out. If needed, any parts, tax and labor will be charged in addition to the cost of the service call. Based on your individual circumstances, there may or may not be a $10 labor fee if the technician spends any time taking the unit apart.
DON'T THROW YOUR SERVICE CHARGE AWAY! If you don't have your appliance repaired, we will apply it toward a reconditioned or new one.
We carry a 3-year warranty on any parts installed by our company, should those parts fail to perform properly under normal usage.
This warranty applies to the following household appliances only: washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, cooktops, compactors and dishwashers. Any commercial appliance, or other equipment that has not been mentioned above, will carry the manufacturer's warranty only. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately.
This warranty does not apply to the service charge, which only carries a 30-day warranty. This warranty applies to normal working hours only, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If you would like to bring the appliance in for a shop repair, there is a $45 bench fee. This goes toward the repair if you decide to fix it. Drop off and pick up times are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
